This privacy policy explains what information Provident Financial Group collects through Provident Financial Group, how we use it to quote insurance, and when we share it with carriers. It also describes your consent to calls and texts and how to opt out.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you enter: your name, firm name, email, phone, business address, profession, revenue range, number of licensed professionals, project types, Federal EIN (if provided), current coverage and retroactive date, claims history, contract requirements, and any notes.
We also collect technical and attribution data automatically: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers), device type, and browser user agent. We store first-visit attribution in your browser's local storage and a first-party cookie.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare insurance quotes, contact you about your request, service policies you buy through us, issue certificates of insurance, and understand which of our marketing channels are working.
Sharing with insurance carriers
To obtain quotes, we share your application information with insurance carriers and wholesale brokers for underwriting. Those companies use it under their own privacy policies. We also use service providers (for example our CRM, email, and chat tools) that process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Phone, text, and email consent
By submitting a form, you agree that Provident Financial Group may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, including through automated technology, at the number and address you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. You can opt out of email via the unsubscribe link in any message, or ask us to stop calling.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law or for policies in force. Contact us at (866) 964-6660 to make a request.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Chat
Our website chat is provided by a third-party service. Messages you send in chat are stored by that service and shared with our agents.
